I have the capability to serve up endless amenities, such as in-room dining, reservations, housekeeping and more through a decorative mirror, a tablet and/or a customized app.
I am a cloud-based guest experience and management platform for hotels providing an easy-to-use, personalized experience while at the same time creating new revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies for hotels.
I am availabe to deliver as early as January 2018. Our smart mirrors can ship as early as May 15th, 2018.

I use a proprietary back of house system, GEMS®, specifically designed to work alongside a hotel’s PMS, providing management with visibility into every transaction that happens on property. GEMS® also tracks guest service request and staff delivery times giving hotels complete insight to staff efficiency.
REMi™ can handle keyless entry too. Using the app, guests may remotely check into their guest rooms and bypass the check-in desk.
